The most successful leaders act on a<strong> <em>value-based leadership<\/em><\/strong><em> in <\/em>order to deliver results. Understanding and defining these values enables us to select and cultivate the right talents who would ultimately have the potential to create opportunities and make a positive impact&nbsp;for Corporate Malaysia.
