BoardWorks Advisory PLT is a boutique firm dedicated in providing specialized services in Board / C-Suite executive searches and Leadership Assessment and Development.

Our Founder, Reza Ghazali is a renowned Headhunter with over 30 years experience in Talent & Leadership Consulting. His past experiences in International Search Firms such as Korn Ferry, as the Managing Partner, and Pedersen & Partners as Head of Asia Pacific, Head of Board Services Asean & Client Partner, has provided him with the right networks and vast expertise in engaging with the C-Suite and Board level Executives across geographies.
Our practice is tailored to meet the unique needs of multinationals and conglomerates, the Government Linked Companies (GLCs) and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across diverse industry sectors.

Grandfather: Dato’ Sir Onn bin Dato’ Jaafar – Malaysian politician, served as the 7th Menteri Besar of Johor (1947 – 1950) and UMNO Founder and President (1946-1951) 

Father:  Gen. Tan Sri Dato Sri Mohd Ghazali bin Dato’ Mohd Seth – Served as the Army Chief (1977 -1981)  and the 7th Chief of  Malaysia Defense Forces (1981-1985)
